Answer

The library is normally only open to the public during the May Term.  Those hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM - Noon.  Other times can be arranged for ETBU students, faculty or staff who cannot manage their research within those hours but arrangements must be made at least 24 hours prior to insure that a staff member is available.

During the rest of the summer the library is closed to the public, although the staff is available from 7:30 AM - 5 PM Monday - Thursday.  All University offices are closed Friday-Sunday during the months of June and July.  Any ETBU students, faculty or staff who would like to use the library during the hours the staff is available need only call 2256 to arrange entry.  The library opens limited hours to the public the week before classes begin, usually the 3rd week of August.
