Answer

Each semester the library hires the highest number of student workers on the ETBU campus. We are open 88 hours each week and that is only possible because of the student workforce that we employ.

Ms. Annie Henderson is Head of Access Services and the supervisor for all student worker positions in the Jarrett Library. Contact her at 903-923-2264 or ahenderson@etbu.edu to inquire about working in the library as an enrolled ETBU student.

To apply:

  1. Print and fill out the Student Assistant Application Form (PDF file available on the Library Information Guide webpage).
  2. Once you have completed the above form, click on the Student Assistant Schedule file (PDF file).  Print it and fill out your class schedule.
  3. Turn in the completed Student Assistant Application Form and Student Assistant Schedule at the Circulation Desk.
  4. Once all paperwork is in you will be scheduled for an interview with Mrs. Henderson.
