When your search is complete it will come up with a list of articles. If you want to narrow that by showing full text only click on the "advanced search" link above. Note that it retains your original search. Then simply go down to the area that says "narrow search" and click on the "show full text only" box. Now be careful that you don't click on the box that says "search full text" as that means it will do a search on the text of the article, not just title, subject, author, abstract or other indexed terms. That's a great thing, but in this case we were specifically looking to have only full text hits returned.
