If you are trying to use an electronic resource from off-campus you should be automatically be routed through the library's proxy server as long as you click the link on the library's web pages.  Then you login as you would login to the network or your ETBU email account (without the @etbu.edu).  If that is not working, and you are sure you are typing in the login and password correctly, then you'll need to contact the IT department because it may be a problem that's come up with the user name and password itself.

Most ETBU student logins were changed in Spring 2013 to be firstname_lastname. Your password will be your ETBU email password.

Example:

ETBU Email: libref@etbu.edu

Login: libref

Password:***** (email password)

If you are not redirected to this screen when using campus wifi or an off-campus network, please contact a librarian @ libref@etbu.edu. If you know the database that you are trying to access, you can also try going directly to that database from our Electronic Resources A to Z page. Once you are in the database you should be able to search for the specific item that you need.
